1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of gildedbullion.com (the "Site") and any purchase, sale, or exchange transaction with [Gilded Bullion — legal entity name] ("Gilded Bullion," "we," "us," or "our"). By browsing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order for gold bullion, silver bullion, or platinum bullion, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place an order.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to place an order with Gilded Bullion. By placing an order, you represent that the billing and shipping information you provide is accurate and that you are legally authorized to use the payment method provided.

3. Pricing & Market Volatility

Gilded Bullion sells physical precious metal products whose prices are directly tied to volatile, constantly-moving commodity markets. Prices displayed on the Site update frequently to reflect live market conditions and are not guaranteed until an order is placed and confirmed.

Product listings, weights, purities, and mint designations are provided for informational purposes and are believed accurate at time of publication; we reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors, including obvious typographical or data-feed errors, even after an order is placed, and will contact you before fulfilling an order affected by such an error.

4. Orders, Payment & Cancellation

An order is considered final once it has been submitted and payment has been authorized. Because your purchase price is locked to the live market price at the moment of order confirmation, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or have their payment method changed once submitted. This policy exists to protect both you and us from being exposed to market-price risk between order placement and fulfillment — it is standard practice across the precious metals industry.

We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. Any surcharge, discount, or fee associated with a specific payment method will be clearly disclosed at checkout before you confirm your order. We reserve the right to request additional identity or payment verification on any order, particularly larger orders, before processing — this may include a request for a form of government-issued ID.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, payment failure, or inability to verify the purchaser's identity. If we cancel an order on our end, any payment collected will be refunded in full.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped with tracking and insurance coverage, in discreet, unbranded packaging that does not indicate the contents or Gilded Bullion's name on the exterior. Estimated processing and delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees — precious metals fulfillment can be affected by market volatility, verification holds, and carrier delays outside our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Because bullion products are priced against a live, constantly moving market, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of buyer's remorse or market price movement after delivery. Returns are accepted only where an item arrives defective, damaged in transit, or does not match what was ordered. 7. Sell to Us / Buyback Program

Gilded Bullion offers to purchase eligible precious metal products back from customers through our Sell to Us program. Buyback quotes are based on live market pricing at the time your offer is confirmed, are subject to physical inspection and authentication of the items received, and are not guaranteed until that inspection is complete. We reserve the right to decline any item that fails authentication or does not match its stated condition.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site to: violate any applicable law or regulation; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account; interfere with the normal operation of the Site; scrape, mine, or reproduce Site content for commercial use without permission; or place orders using fraudulent payment information or a false identity.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, product photography, and page layouts — is the property of Gilded Bullion or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a specific order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

You agree to indemnify and hold Gilded Bullion harmless from any claim, loss, or demand — including reasonable attorneys' fees — arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
